1. Order Cancellation

    

   • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.

   • Cancellations after dispatch will not be entertained.

2. Refund Eligibility

    

   • Refunds are applicable only for:

      

     • Damaged packaging

     • Wrong product delivered

     • Defective seeds (must be reported within 7 days)

3. Non-refundable Conditions

    

   • Seeds once opened or used are non-returnable.

   • No refunds for germination failure due to climatic or soil conditions.
